To ensure the best fit, measure your pup`s neck where their collar would sit. Our collars are measured by the first hole, to the other end of the collar (at the buckle). The leather will stretch over time, but if your dogs neck measures at 20 inches for example, then a 20 inch collar should be perfect. If your pup is in between sizes, we recommend going to the next size up
